This image shows a town in the Philippines badly damaged by a combination of the volcanic eruption of Mount Pinatubo and flooding from Typhoon Yunya. Heavy rainfalls, coupled with falling ash, caused large mudflows, which destroyed many bridges and made travel dangerous.
